Depending on the study operations, investigators have different types of access to the clinical learning environment. Most access request begins with clearance through the Student Affairs office.
Faculty and Scholar Clearance
Each faculty, staff and scholar must go through Prisma Health clearance. This ensures the safety of everyone at our academic health center.
Student Researcher Experience
Students engaging in research must complete the research enrollment form to initiate clearance through Student Affairs.
General Student Clearance Process
Prisma Health uses myClinicalExchange and Learning Hub in the student clearance process. Meeting the requirements of both systems is mandatory to participate in any Prisma Health student experience.
