At Prisma Health in partnership wtih the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, our residents, fellows, students, faculty, and staff are committed to reducing health disparities in our communities through volunteerism, mentorship and education programs. Business Resource Groups

At Prisma Health, building a culture of inclusion is an inherent part of who we are. As team members, we are committed to performing our best for each other, our patients and the diverse communities we serve. The more we understand and appreciate the rich diversity of each other, the better we will be able to serve patients and communities with different backgrounds and experiences.

Prisma Health Business Resource Groups (BRGs) support recruitment, attraction, retention and engagement of our team members now and in the future. The BRGs are a fundamental component to driving Prisma Health’s goals, diversity and inclusion initiatives and building positive networks. BRGs help us focus on understanding each other better and the communities we serve.
