Pulmonary APP Fellowship - Fellow

Kevin Lokuwaduge is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. He was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by his parents’ own stories of helping patients in their profession as nurses, and gained further appreciation for patient care during his time as a patient care technician working in a medical-surgical unit.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2020 and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College Atlanta in 2023. He received his board certification as a certified physician assistant from the NCCPA in 2024.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys cooking, photography and spending time with his two cats. He is grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a provider through the fellowship and is looking forward to helping improve the health of patients in the community.

Claire Epps is the first outpatient Pulmonary APP fellow at Prisma Health. She a former ICU Nurse with 6 years of experience working in the CCU at Greenville Memorial Hospital. She is a recent Clemson University graduate from the Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program. She developed a passion for Pulmonary Medicine during her time taking care of critically ill patients. Working in the outpatient setting allows her to focus on symptom management and disease prevention with the goal of preventing hospitalization During her free time, she likes spending time with her family and visiting local coffee shops.

Maci Billiot is from The Woodlands, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Maci received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She is board certified by NCCPA. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and playing the piano.
