Prisma Health Hospitalist Fellowship – Upstate - How to apply
We accept applications, arrange interviews, and offer positions on a rolling basis with an anticipated start date July 2023.
Applicants must be:
- A third-year resident in an accredited internal medicine or family residency OR
- A fourth-year resident in an accredited medicine-pediatrics residency OR
- Board-certified/board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
Application requirements
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation, one of which must be from your program director
- If you are more than 2 years out of residency, a letter from a senior colleague, medical director, or supervising physician may be substituted
- Personal statement describing your inpatient experience and reasons for pursuing further training
- Unrestricted license or eligibility for unrestricted license in South Carolina
- We cannot support J-1 visas
