Required longitudinal learning experiences
- Clinical Teaching Certificate Program
- Complete drug monograph for formulary review
- Education and presentations (Grand Rounds, Pharmacy Department Case Conference)
- In-house clinical on-call program
- Leadership & Practice Management and Residency Leadership Academy
- Major research project: SERC presentation & Discover USC poster presentation
- Medication Use Evaluation (MUE) completed and poster presentation at ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting
- Medical emergencies
- Staffing weekends and holidays
Other requirements
- Must obtain SC Pharmacist License within 120 days start of residency
- Participate in South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists
- Precept pharmacy students
