Kristina Benbow, PharmD, is originally from Roswell, Georgia. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy after likewise earning her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences there. She chose to pursue residency training at Prisma Health because of the preparation taken to ensure residents will succeed, both through the diverse array of clinical opportunities offered and the preceptor and staff dedication to the residents. Benbow’s clinical interest is in cardiology, and she hopes to pursue a PGY-2 after the completion of her PGY-1 training. She enjoys Gamecock sports and cheering on the Braves, as well as being outside and hiking.

Conner Cain, PharmD

Conner Cain, PharmD

Conner (Correll) Cain is from Spartanburg, South Carolina. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy in 2019 and has since worked as a Transitions of Care pharmacist at Prisma Health Richland.

Conner's experience collaborating closely with preceptors and residents fueled her interest in the non-traditional PGY-1 acute care program. She is excited to continue serving the patients of the Midlands community.

In her free time, Conner enjoys traveling with friends and family, going to concerts and spending time with her two dogs. She is also a member of the Junior League of Columbia and values her time volunteering within the organization.

Chiara Huber, PharmD is originally from Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee after completing pre-pharmacy coursework at St. John’s University in Queens, New York. She chose to pursue residency at Prisma Health because of the ability to explore all of her interest areas, the supportive network of mentors in place for pharmacy residents, and the ability to work with students through the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. Professionally, her clinical interests include pediatrics, internal medicine, and infectious diseases. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, and walking outdoors.

Bailey Nero, PharmD

Bailey Nero, PharmD, is from Fort Collins, Colorado. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Eshelman School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Previously, Bailey graduated from Auburn University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry and multiple All-American swimming honors. She chose to pursue an acute care residency at Prisma Health because of how at home she felt immediately after arriving on interview day. There was a sense of support and care from the pharmacy staff willing to help her become the best professional and pharmacist she could be. Her interests include global health and critical care. Outside of the hospital, Bailey loves spending time outside with her dog. You can always find them together, whether it be long road trips to big hikes or paddle boarding on the river.

Madison Price, PharmD is originally from Saluda, SC. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina after earning her bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. Madison chose to pursue a residency at Prisma Health because of the family-oriented environment and support she experienced as a student on rotations at Richland. Currently, Madison’s professional interests include Critical Care and Infectious Diseases. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Clemson Tigers, playing tennis, and spending time at Lake Murray.
