Thank you for your interest in the Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Fellowship at Prisma Health Richland – University of South Carolina. The application deadline is January 5. Interested candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited degree program and be eligible for or have current licensure in South Carolina.

Application requirements

  • Must be a PharmD.
  • Eligible for current pharmacist licensure in South Carolina by July 1 (please see full licensure policy in Residency Policy Manual below).
  • Completed application sent electronically to program director.
  • Official transcripts.
  • Curriculum vitae.
  • Letter of intent.
  • Three letters of recommendation submitted electronically to program director.

A full interview is required for the Prisma Health Richland – University of South Carolina Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Fellowship.
