Application information
Thank you for your interest in the Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Fellowship at Prisma Health Richland – University of South Carolina. The fellowship application is now open with a deadline of November 1. Interested candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited degree program and be eligible for or have current licensure in South Carolina.
Application requirements
- Must be a PharmD
- Eligible for current pharmacist licensure in South Carolina by July 1 (please see full licensure policy in Residency Policy Manual below)
- Completed application sent electronically to program director
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of intent
- Two letters of recommendation (1 letter should be from an RPD) submitted electronically to program director
