Application information

Thank you for your interest in the PGY2 Cardiology Residency at Prisma Health. The application deadline is January 5. Interested candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited degree program and be eligible for or have current licensure in South Carolina.

  • Must be a PharmD.
  • Eligible for current pharmacist licensure in South Carolina by July 1 (please see full licensure policy in Residency Policy Manual below).
  • Completed application via PhORCAS.
  • Official transcripts.
  • Curriculum vitae.
  • Letter of intent.
  • Three letters of recommendation submitted via PhORCAS.  (The PhorCAS form is sufficient. Formal letters of recommendation are not required.)

A full interview is required for the Prisma Health PGY2 Cardiology Pharmacy Residency. All applicants must participate in ASHP's residency match program.

Recruitment

Prisma Health will be recruiting in person and virtually for upcoming residency openings for its Columbia, SC programs.
