  • Critical Care – Surgery Trauma Intensive Care
  • Critical Care – Cardiovascular Surgery
  • Critical Care – Neuro Intensive Care
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Infectious Diseases – Antimicrobial Stewardship (ASP)*
  • Infectious Diseases – Consult Service*
  • Preceptorship rotation

Elective Rotational Experiences

  • Cardiology
  • Infectious Diseases – Antimicrobial Stewardship (ASP)
  • Infectious Diseases – Consult Service
  • Pediatrics – Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)
  • Pediatrics – Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU)
  • Solid Organ Transplant
  • Others based on resident interest, including repeating a previous rotation but with a different emphasis

Longitudinal Experiences

  • Drug Monograph Project
  • Medication Use Evaluation (MUE)
  • On-Call/clinical consult service
  • Research project (to be presented at the Southeastern Residency Conference -SERC)
  • Teaching certificate program (if not obtained during PGY1)
  • Staffing – every 3 weeks, 8 hour shifts on weekend
