Instructor, Staff and Scholar Clearance
Welcome! As an instructor, staff, or scholar who will be entering the clinical learning environment (CLE) at Prisma Health, this website is designed to help you navigate the clearance and onboarding process for you to obtain your official Prisma Health badge.
Prisma Health uses two platforms in the clearance process: myClinicalExchange and Learning Hub. Meeting the requirements of both systems is mandatory to participate in any Prisma Health experience.
- myClinicalExchange (mCE) is a data management system that centralizes the clearance process through organization of all clearance requirements.
- Learning Hub is a learning management system that provides healthcare modules required to rotate at Prisma Health (HIPAA, infection control, patient rights, etc.)

Getting Started
Once your mCE account has been created, you will receive an automated introductory email from mCE prompting you to log in and complete your compliance checklist.
Clearance Items
You may only begin your role as an Instructor, Staff or Scholar once your compliance items have been approved by Student Affairs.
Once You are Cleared
