Computer and Badge Accesses

Prisma Health departments personally request all student, faculty, staff, and scholar accesses (i.e., electronic medical record login, email addresses, clinical applications, etc.) directly from Prisma Health I/S Service Center. Instructions may be found in the Requesting Computer and Badge Accesses document.

DID YOU KNOW? The student data points you need for I/S Service Now Requests (i.e. email, last 5 SSN, DOB, full name, etc.) are in myClinicalExchange. You can access this data on a student’s completed compliance checklist or by running a report in myClinicalExchange of the students you manage:

Login to mCE→ Reports Dropdown Menu → IT Export → Choose date range
