Step 1: myClinicalExchange

myClinicalExchange (mCE) is Prisma Health’s student data management system through which all student clearances are centralized. Once your mCE account has been created, you will receive an automated introductory e-mail from mCE prompting you to log in and complete your compliance checklist.

Note: Do not attempt to log into mCE without having received the automated e-mail.

For all logins

Make sure you click the “Student Login” button at the center of the page to log in. If you click the “Registration" button at the top of the page, and then click on "Student," you will be in the wrong location and will be directed to pay for your mCE account. Students rotating at Prisma Health DO NOT PAY for their mCE accounts.

 

Initial login

  1. Click on https://www.myClinicalExchange.com.
  2. Click on the “Student Login” button.
  3. New Users: To activate your account click “Forgot Password?”. You will be prompted to enter in the username (usually email) that was used to register your account and create your password to login for the first time.
  4. Enter the e-mail address you provided as the contact for your student experience and the security code. Select “Continue."
  5. Select the option of your choice to have the password link sent to you. You will then see the below confirmation that the link has been sent.
  6. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the password reset link.
  7. Click the reset link and create a password. You will then be able to log in.
    • Accept the Website Terms/Privacy and Web App usage Terms of Service statement.
    • Once you have entered the site, the system will prompt you to create security questions to reset your password in the future. You can skip this step by clicking the “Skip Now” button. If you prefer setting those security questions, please do so and click on the “Save and Continue” button.
