As a student at Prisma Health, your onboarding will be facilitated by Prisma Health Student Affairs Administration. Our team is committed to helping you through this process, and we look forward to answering any questions you may have.

Prisma Health uses two systems in the clearance process: myClinicalExchange and Learning Hub.
- myClinicalExchange (mCE) is a student data management system that Prisma Health uses to house all your submitted documents, contact information and compliance records. mCE keeps us organized and makes the approval process quick and easy.
- Learning Hub is a learning management system that teaches and tests you on important healthcare compliance issues like HIPAA, infection control, patient rights, etc.
Maintaining the requirements of both systems is mandatory during your education at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
