Step 2: Student Clearance Timelines

Class of 2028

You will receive an email at the beginning of May with your login information for mCE. Before you get started, we want to help you prepare for the onboarding process. Please note: all onboarding requirements absolutely must be completed by the deadlines below. Feel free to submit items from both stages of clearance as soon as they are available (you don’t have to wait until the Stage 2 deadline to submit those items). For students who will be traveling in the spring or summer, please make sure this process is complete prior to leaving to ensure there is no delay at orientation.

Must be completed by June 10, 2024

Must be completed and approved by Prisma Health SAA by June 24, 2024

Why Stage 1 and Stage 2?

All of the information submitted in Stage 1 is vital for us to begin your onboarding and provide data points to request your computer accesses. Stage 2 includes all the final requirements necessary to begin at USC School of Medicine Greenville. Absolutely every item is required, and the earlier you submit the better.

Classes of 2025 & 2026: Friday, April 29, 2024

Items to update each year may include:

  • Learning Hub (Annual Compliance Training – ACT modules)

  • Epic Modules

You need to update any item that has a red thumbs down icon next to it.  Please be sure to click the “Submit for Approval” button after you have updated your compliance checklist in order for your changes to be saved and viewable by Prisma Health.
