Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Columbia - How to Apply

First-year appointments are made through the  National Resident Matching Program and applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) Applicants are selected for interview based on their letters of recommendation, successful completion of three years of an ACGME accredited General Psychiatry residency, completion of all three steps of the USMLE and letter of recommendation from their General Psychiatry training director.

International medical graduates must have a valid ECFMG certificate to be eligible for permanent immigrant status as well as licensure in the state of South Carolina. One year of experience in a medical or surgical setting in the United States is required.

As a standard reference, we require a General Psychiatry Program training director letter, Program Directors Verification Form and a minimum of two additional letters of recommendation. References should be faculty members who know the candidate well and are able to comment on their suitability for the fellowship.
