Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Columbia - How to Apply
Application information
Applications are generally accepted, with interviews scheduled afterward, between July and November of the year preceding the year of training.
Application must include:
- A brief statement detailing your interest in forensic psychiatry.
- Medical school transcript.
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from the director of your general or child residency.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Copy of medical school diploma.
Interviews will be scheduled only after the receipt of the above materials.
These materials must be satisfactory, and the applicant must be qualified to obtain a permanent South Carolina State Medical Board License (includes the successful completion of all three USMLE exams) before an interview is scheduled.
