All applicants must be from a residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the American Osteopathic Association in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Application Requirements
To consider you for an interview and program admission, we must receive all of the following materials before Sept. 15th each application year:
- Please submit your entire sports medicine fellowship application through ERAS.
- Send a copy of the AMSSM Code of Ethics and the first page of each of your publications to our program coordinator.
- Interviews will be held from Oct. through Nov
