Training rheumatic and immunologic specialists
The Prisma Health/University of South Carolina School of Medicine Columbia Rheumatology Fellowship Program offers two ACGME-accredited training positions each year for board-eligible internal medicine physicians.
Our aim is to produce qualified, competent rheumatologists capable of providing a full range of services and acting as a resource help alleviate healthcare disparities in our community.
Our core faculty includes six board-certified rheumatologists from a diverse range of backgrounds that supervise a referral practice. Clinical instruction occurs in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and we feature three physicians certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound.
