Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Columbia - How to Apply

Application information

Applications are accepted up to August 1 during the year prior to starting the fellowship and interviews will be conducted in the summer months. Formal acceptance into the fellowship is done through NRMP. Deadlines may be obtained on their website.

The following information will be needed to apply:

• Please submit all applications through https://safas.smapply.io/.
• Letter to the program director detailing your interest in the program.
• Curriculum vitae.
• Three letters of recommendation, one of which should be from your Program Director (if applicable).
• Board certification/eligibility in general surgery or letter from current program director confirming eligibility to return to categorical position.
• Medical school transcript.
