Urologic Oncology Fellowship at University of South Carolina Greenville - Curriculum

The fellow will follow a basic reading schedule with monthly meetings to discuss key topics in urologic oncology. 

Oncology tumor boards

The fellow is responsible for running two tumor boards. The first tumor board is a Urologic Oncology tumor board that meets once per month. The second tumor board is the Advanced Pelvic and Retroperitoneal Tumor board that also meets once per month.

Both of these conferences are multidisciplinary in nature composed of radiation oncology, medical oncology, surgical oncology, pathology and radiology.

Research

The fellow is expected to publish and present at least 1 paper per year and present at a national or regional meeting.
