  • Venous disease management
  • Wound care
  • Outpatient office visits
  • Opportunity to participate in risk reduction management

There are two rotations at the Greenville Memorial Hospital on the inpatient service. One is the classical open vascular surgical service performing approximately 2,000 procedures per year. The other service is dedicated to endovascular procedures were approximately 1,500 procedures are performed per year and include carotid angioplasty and stenting and aortic stent grafting.

The fourth of the three-month rotations is done at an affiliated hospital staffed by Prisma Health vascular surgeons. During this rotation, the vascular surgery resident will participate in all aspects of vascular patient care, including imaging, in and out-patient management and both open and endovascular procedures.
