Vascular Surgery Greenville - Faculty

The Vascular Surgery Services are staffed by a growing diversified faculty with subspecialty interests in different aspects of vascular surgery. Currently, there are 11 full-time faculty members, eight of whom are surgeons board certified in vascular surgery and practice vascular surgery exclusively.

In addition to this, a vascular internist with an interest in endovascular procedures has been added to the faculty and works with the residents as well. The endovascular training provided by the vascular internist and four of our vascular surgeons represents one of the best endovascular experiences in the region. One surgeon has devoted the majority of his practice to hemodialysis AV access, managing the vascular access needs of Greenville’s 500 hemodialysis patients.

The basic science faculty is headed by a full-time Ph.D. in Bioengineering who coordinates our vascular surgery basic science research.
