“Looking back at my residency training, I appreciate the well-rounded education I received. I cared for a wide variety of people and conditions both in the hospital and in an office setting. My attendings constantly pushed me to recognize where I can improve clinically. I was able to transition well to a community practice after residency and feel well prepared. Although there will always be clinical questions I don’t immediately know the answer to, residency prepared me to find answers independently and utilize my resources appropriately.”
