"I overall enjoyed my neurology rotation at Prisma Health. There was ample opportunity to improve my neurological exam skills and the majority of the attending physicians were interested in teaching and eager to assist students. The rotation was well-balanced between inpatient, outpatient, and the neurological ICU. It also provided me with a good introduction to the various subspecialties, including neuromuscular diseases, epilepsy, and headache."

"During my neurology rotation, I worked alongside outstanding faculty with a broad range of clinical expertise which helped expose me to a diverse patient population with rare and complex neurological disorders. The clinical faculty immediately made me feel like a part of the team and welcomed my input during the workup of these challenging cases in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The clinical experience was complemented well by the lectures given by various subspecialists in the fields of epilepsy, movement disorder, and stroke. The rotation also provided opportunities to become involved in research given that many of the attendings had ongoing projects and welcomed student contributions."
