As part of its mission to help people live their healthiest lives, Prisma Health recognizes the value in leveraging externally funded grants in its pursuit of scientific advancements, innovative community programs, and scholarly activity.
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) supports Prisma Health faculty and staff in the identification of, application for, and management of extramural grants and other sponsored programs. By managing proposal submissions, award negotiation, and grant accounting in one business office, OSP maintains complete and accurate information on sponsored programs activity; develops, communicates, and enforces standard policies and procedures; and provides grant management expertise throughout each step of the grant life cycle.
All grants must route through the Office of Sponsored Programs for review and approval prior to submission to the sponsor by an OSP Team Member and upon receipt of a grant agreement for negotiation and approval prior to signature by an authorized representative.
