Financial COI Requirements

The U.S. Public Health Service (PHS), and agencies that follow the same guidance, require Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) compliance at the time of proposal submission. All investigators (persons involved in the design, conduct, or reporting of research) are required to complete Conflict of Interest training and submit a Conflict of Interest Disclosure form.

Training

Access CITI training by logging into your account or creating an account and affiliating yourself with Prisma Health. Click here for CITI registration guidiance. You may either complete the Biomedical Course with the COI module included or the COI specific modules. If you have completed the course before and just need a refresher, that is acceptable as well. You must obtain a score of at least 80% on the COI modules.
