Accessing Grant In Aid funding

Guidance

Awardees are to follow the Grant in Aid Project Funding Process once award letters are issued.

New for 2023

Awardees will be provided access to a private Teams folder where they will be expected to track expenses related to their project.

Note: For awards issued prior to 2022, awardees must following this request process, Publication Fee Request.  For awards issued on or after 2022, refer to the Policies and Procedures.

Reporting

Progress reports

Due annually on May 31st, reports should present the progress of the research and compare milestones achieved versus those planned in the original submission. Requests for extensions, project modifications, and changes in the use of the funding should be addressed in the progress report.

Final reports

Final reports must be submitted at the completion of the project and prior to graduation.  Reports should include an abstract/executive summary of the completed project; a copy of the end result of the project as indicated in the original submission; and a final financial report summarizing the expenditures of the grant funds.
