Division of Medical Education
Medical education is constantly evolving and innovating. The Division of Medical Education (DOME) in the Department of Emergency Medicine seeks to support and enhance medical education within our department and institution. By focusing on faculty development, leadership, mentorship, cultivated expertise, and research, we aim to create a transformative educational environment that fosters a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning. The Division of Medical Education comprises Emergency Medicine faculty who have been fellowship trained in medical education. When faculty successfully contribute to the medical education field, our educational methods, scholarship, and programs are strengthened on a departmental, institutional, and national level. In addition to supporting our divisional pillars, DOME supports the medical education fellowship.
